The Rifton Wave Tub Transfer Base is designed to make transfers into and out of the bathtub easier while reducing the need for manual lifting by caregivers.
The Wave Bathing Chair can be positioned securely on the Transfer Base and then rolled and rotated over the edge of the bathtub, providing a practical solution for transferring the user into position for bathing.
To accommodate different bathroom layouts, the Transfer Base is available in two configurations:
Clockwise Rotation – designed for bathroom layouts where clockwise rotation provides the most suitable access to the bathtub.Counterclockwise Rotation – provides the opposite rotation direction to accommodate alternative bath positioning and room layouts.
The Transfer Base can also be configured with two different leg lengths to accommodate varying bathtub heights:
Standard Legs – suitable for bathtubs up to approximately 51 cm high.Long Legs – suitable for higher bathtubs up to approximately 61 cm high.
With a choice of rotation direction and leg height, the Rifton Wave Tub Transfer Base can be configured to suit the individual bathroom environment while helping provide a smoother, more convenient transfer for both the user and caregiver.
Available options: Clockwise or Counterclockwise rotation, with Standard or Long Legs.
