NDIS

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the Australian Government initiative set up to fund costs associated with disability. It is designed to help people get the support they need so their skills and independence can improve over time.

  

 

Option 1: Self Managed 

Continue your shopping and pay as usual.  Place the NDIS Participants name in the Shipping Information and you will be sent a receipt of purchase so you can be reimbursed.

 

Option 2: Plan Managed

  • You can either email us on admin@yourcapabilitystore.com.au with what you want to purchase along with the clients Name, DOB, NDIS number and the shipping address as well as the Plan Managers contact details and we can do the rest.  Once the payment has been made we can ship your purchases straight to you or they will be ready to be collected in store.
  • Continue shopping, screenshot your shopping cart and then email it to admin@yourcapabilitystore.com.au with what you want to purchase along with the clients Name, DOB, NDIS number and the shipping address as well as your Plan Managers contact details and we can do the rest.  Once the payment has been made we can ship your purchases straight to you or they will be ready to be collected in store.
  • Alternatively, pay upfront and send the receipt to your plan manager for reimbursement.
