How to order with the NDIS

Self Managed NDIS

How to Order Using NDIS (Self-Managed)

  1. Add to Cart: Select the products you would like to purchase.
  2. Select Payment Option: In your cart, choose the 'NDIS Self Managed Orders' option.
  3. Checkout: Continue to the 'NDIS Payment Gateway' to complete your checkout.
  4. Receive Your Invoice: We will email you an invoice for your order.
  5. Get Reimbursed: Use this invoice to request reimbursement through the NDIS portal.
  6. Order Fulfillment: Once we receive your payment (via invoice or phone), we will pack and ship your order.

Plan Managed NDIS

How to Order Using NDIS (Plan-Managed)

You have two simple ways to place your order:

Option 1: We Invoice Your Plan Manager

  1. Add to Cart: Select the products you would like to purchase.
  2. Select Payment Option: In your cart, choose the 'Plan Managed' option.
  3. Checkout: Continue to the 'NDIS Payment Gateway' to complete your checkout.
  4. Invoice Sent: We will automatically send an invoice directly to your plan manager.
  5. Order Fulfillment: Once your plan manager has processed the payment, we will pack and ship your order.

Option 2: Pay Upfront & Seek Reimbursement

  1. Purchase: Complete your order and pay upfront.
  2. Get Receipt: Once the payment is confirmed, we will provide you with a receipt.
  3. Request Reimbursement: Send this receipt to your plan manager to be reimbursed.
