Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following information regarding returns:
Within 30 days from the date of delivery, we allow customers to return their gobaplay products.
If your gobaplay products have not been opened or used, only the freight cost to return the products to gobaplay will be incurred.
If your gobaplay products have been opened or installed, the following conditions will apply:
Freight Costs of $100 to return the originally purchased model will be the customer's responsibility
If the products have been installed, they must be dismantled at the customer’s expense and packed into its original packaging (if the original packaging is not available then gobaplay can send at the customer’s expense, boxes for packing).
Once returned, the products will be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and suitable to be sold as an ex-demo model, and a $100 restocking fee will apply.
If the products are not able to be certified as an ex-demo model, additional refurbishment costs may be charged to the customer.
gobaplay will then issue a refund of the purchase price, including any promotions for all products returned. Any refund processed will be exclusive of any return freight, restocking fees or refurbishment costs.
