To ensure the perfect fit, measure the child’s torso circumference and length from shoulder to waist, and consider sizing up if they are between sizes. Each vest includes sealed weight packs in a range of 180g to 350g, giving users the flexibility to adjust sensory input as needed.

Medium: 36 - 43cm wide across the front 41 - 45cm long and 22cm underarm length.
Weights: 6 x 250g (approx)
Recommended age range: 6yrs - 10yrs
Large: 40 - 47cm wide across the front 46 - 50cm long and 24cm underarm length.
Weights: 4 x 250g + 2 x 350g (approx)
Recommended age range: 10yrs+

We recommend that you measure your child to ensure purchasing the correct size. The length is measured by taking the measurement from the top of the shoulder to the waist. If your child is between two sizes, we recommend you size up.
