Starting with a very sensitive child? Begin at the lowest vibration level and work up gradually. Working with a sensory seeker? Dial up to the highest level. Gamify therapy with the pulsing mode - count repetitions, chew to the beat, and have fun. Attach a tip to both ends to switch goals mid-session without stopping.
